Everything you need to know

In order to complete a booking, please transfer a deposit of €200 to account no. 205.088 (in the name of Erwin Soukup) at Raiffeisenbank Kötschach Mauthen (sort code 39364). You will then receive the booking confirmation. New customers must take out travel insurance. Conclude your travel insurance HERE at a charge. Alternatively, you can transfer the full amount when making your booking.

You can either transfer the balance to us shortly before setting off (approx. 2 weeks in advance) or pay it in cash on site.

We charge a daily flat rate of between €10 and €15 for your four-legged friend, depending on the size of the dog. Unfortunately, no dogs or other pets are permitted in the Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter apartments.

All prices are in euro per day and apartment, excl. electricity according to the meter and local tax. (4 person prices are for 2 adults and 2 children). We charge a final cleaning fee of €30 – €39 per stay.

The Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
